Human Life International's representative in Brazil.
The mission of PROVIDAFAMÍLIA ("National Pro Life and Pro Family Association") is to defend life, from conception until natural death and the Christian ethical and moral values of the family. ProvidaFamília's activities include the publication of a newsletter, translation into Portuguese and distribution of books such as Facts of Life, brochures and videos. It works closely with bishops to establish pro-life activities in the dioceses. It organizes pro-life youth camps and conferences. PROVIDAFAMILIA has completed plans to open the first CPC in Brasilia with the support of the Cardinal Archbishop of Brasilia. The center will provide medical, psychological and social assistance to pregnant women in need, as well as offer a home for homeless pregnant women.
